Hi, I’m Nicole. I like figuring out why things don’t add up—and making them work better.
Sometimes that means reconciling an account. Sometimes it means asking why the same information is being entered into three different places. And sometimes it means helping a business owner finally hand off the task that’s been taking over every weekend.
I created AI Administrative Services to bring together what I already know—bookkeeping, financial management, and the realities of running a busy office—with practical tools that can make the work easier.
Real business experience comes first.
My background includes controller-level financial responsibilities in real estate, accounting and office management in technology, retail business management, and freight brokerage. I’ve worked with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, reporting, payroll coordination, and the everyday details that keep financial information moving.
I’ve seen business from more than one desk. That helps me ask useful questions, understand how one financial process affects another, and recognize when a new tool needs a better process behind it.
AI is a tool. Judgment still matters.
I use AI to support research, organize information, develop drafts, and explore possible improvements. I bring my professional experience to reviewing the output and deciding what fits the task.
