The Story Behind Sacred Phoenix Network

The person. The work. The why.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

Nicole Miller

I’ve spent more than 20 years helping businesses make sense of the details—organizing financial records, improving systems, and asking, “Is there a better way to do this?”

My experience spans real estate, technology, retail, and logistics, including work with Keller Williams, CBRE, 3R Technology, CTL, and TQL. Through TQL, I also worked with NASA on logistics opportunities.

But Sacred Phoenix Network grew from something more personal than my résumé.

It started with finding a way forward.

COVID changed the shape of daily life. For me, home became the place where parenting, work, and trying to take care of myself all happened at once. As a single mom with limited medical insurance and resources, getting mental health support wasn’t always straightforward.

I turned to the internet to learn, ask questions, and better understand what I was experiencing. As AI tools became more accessible, they became part of that process, too—helping me explore information, put words to difficult experiences, and organize what I was learning.

Those tools became part of my own healing journey. I wanted to share the resources and understanding I found, so someone else facing similar barriers might feel less alone.

Mental health is a human right.

Access to information, understanding, and opportunities to move forward shouldn’t be reserved for people with the biggest budgets. That belief is the foundation of Sacred Phoenix Network.

The same tools helped me grow professionally.

AI also expanded what I could accomplish at work. It helped me research, analyze information, develop ideas, and approach business challenges in new ways. Combined with my accounting and business experience, it became a practical part of how I helped companies improve.

I helped larger organizations grow and incorporate AI into their business practices. I also saw the resources behind those changes: dedicated technology positions, specialist support, and budgets that gave people time to research and implement new systems.

And I kept thinking: What about the small businesses?

You shouldn’t need a corporate budget to put AI to work.

The owner doing payroll after dinner. The office manager keeping everything moving. The growing business that knows there must be a better way, but has no spare time to find it.

Don’t they deserve access to useful technology, too?

A software subscription is only the beginning. Someone still needs to understand the work, choose an appropriate tool, get it set up, and help people use it. Small businesses need that practical support just as much as larger companies do.

That’s where SPN’s AI Administrative Services comes in.

One mission, expressed through two kinds of work.

Sacred Phoenix Network shares free educational resources, personal reflections, and tools for understanding and growth.

AI Administrative Services brings my professional experience and practical AI support to small businesses through bookkeeping, financial systems analysis, setup, implementation, and ongoing help.

The business services help support the time and work behind SPN’s free resources. Both begin with the same question: How can useful information and tools become more accessible to the people who need them?

More room for the human part of life.

I’m building this as a professional, a mom, and someone who knows how much energy it takes to keep moving when resources are stretched.

I want to help people make sense of what’s in front of them and find a manageable next step. Sometimes that means a resource that helps someone understand themselves. Sometimes it means a financial workflow that gives a business owner their evenings back.

Technology should help make room for our lives. That’s the purpose behind the work.
